  Black Deek Pond - Believed to be a Saxon dewpond, Black Deek on Blackheath is one of the natural features of the village which is cared for by the Wenhaston Commons Group.

Bygones Rally - The Bygones Rally held on August Bank Holiday Sunday attracts not only village people, but exhibitors and people from throughout Suffolk. Proceeds are in aid of St.Peter's Church and the Royal British Legion.
