Wenhaston Word Wenhaston 2010 Tractor Run

August 2010 Edition of Wenhaston WordBlythweb Ltd are very proud to be publishing and printing the village newsletter 'Wenhaston Word'.

From April 2007 this colour newsletter is published monthly at Blythweb's office, and is distributed by volunteers to the 440 letterboxes in Wenhaston and Mells. Suitable items for inclusion are welcome.

Wenhaston Vintage Tractor Run Wenhaston 2010 Vintage Tractor Run was a success with 130 vintage tractors of all shapes and sizes braving the cold, wind and rain!

Wenhaston Village Views 2009 DVDThe 2009 Village Views DVD is available to order online! This unique DVD, created by the Wenhaston Archive Project features over 70 photographs of the village spanning at least 100 years and many are explored in depth.
These photos form a fascinating tour of our village. The tour is narrated by Charlie Mills and complemented by incidental harp music by Bridget Cousins.

Wenhaston Suffolk Medieval Doom Painting in St Peters ChurchThe Wenhaston Doom is a medieval wall painting that is unusual for having been painted on to wooden boards. Few other such Dooms have survived and indeed the story of the Wenhaston Doom is remarkable.
